Item 6A Table CommercialDevelopment Standards Table Standard EC Edge Commercial Care 7.1 Architectural Controls -Commercial Cotporate District Plaza District Parking • On Street On street angled or parallel parking is required along internal public streets in the retail district in order to provide additional buffers between moving traffic and pedestrian areas. ■ Structured If parking structure is not enclosed by architecture, the structure shall compliment the (Parking Garage) surrounding architecture and shall comply with the 50% open space requirement for parking structures. • Structured If exposed to public view, must have an eight (8) foot landscape buffer along White Chapel Parking Blvd side or SH 114 side. On other sides a three (3) foot landscape buffer is acceptable. The Landscape buffer shall be used to screen the parking structure fiom public view.
