City is conveying property rights to City
Easement Purpose
City to grant a 0.19 acre variable width Public Utility Easement for pedestrian access, roadway, utilities, and drainage
construction of an 8’ sidewalk and future city use
Community Services staff review and Parks & Recreation Board approval (7-0)
concludes no burden or detrimental encumbrance on the park land
