Corporation for the development of 64,990 square feet of retail and office at
1001 E. Southlake Blvd.

And the future land use is Office Commercial and Medium Density Residential.
The Southlake 2025 Plan recommends these two land uses be master-planned
together. The Plan states that, “restaurant and other retail projects may be
considered if these proposals are pedestrian oriented and cohesive with the
surrounding development.”

To that end, an Transition optional land use was also given to this and
surrounding properties.

The property is currently zoned “AG” Agricultural.

The zoning request is for a portion of the existing parcel boundary. The area
highlighted in white is the area with S-P-2 zoning proposed. The remainder of
the tract will remain AG at this time. The orange line represents the alignment
of Zena Rucker Road.
