Shelton, the City of Southlake is requesting approval of a two-lot Plat Showing of 20.802 acres. The purpose of the plat is to accept conveyance of property from John M. and Bobbie J. Shelton and to formally create the boundaries for the Shelton and City of Southlake properties. VARIANCE: A variance is requested to the Subdivision Ordinance No. 483, Section 3.04(B), requiring a plat showing of four or fewer lots to bear the name of the original survey and abstract number in which said property is located as an addition. The property is located in the Joel W. Chivers Survey, which would typically require the name to be “Joel W. Chivers No. 350 Addition”. The applicant is requesting to name the subdivision in accordance with the name of the park.
