REQUEST: On behalf of CCH Investors I, L.P., Area Surveying, Inc. is requesting approval of a
plat revision for one (1) lot of .236 acres to abandon a utility easement to provide a
more buildable area. A ten (10) foot sanitary sewer easement on the adjacent property
to the south will be dedicated by a separate instrument prior to this plat being filed.

-A plat revision was approved by City Council on June 6, 2006 (ZA06-053).
-A plat revision for Lots 17R & 18R, Block 1 was approved by City Council on
October 16, 2007. This plat was not recorded due to complications in
acquiring the lien holder’s signature on Lot 18R and expired (Case No. ZA07-
113).

STAFF COMMENTS: A plat revision for Lots 17R & 18R, Block 1 was approved by City Council on
October 16, 2007. The plat was not recorded due to complications in acquiring
the lien holder’s signature on Lot 18R and it has expired. The purpose of this
plat revision is to abandon the utility easement on Lot 17R to create a more
buildable area. Instead of dedicating the relocated sanitary sewer easement on
Lot 18 by plat, the easement will be dedicated by a separate instrument prior to
this plat being filed. Plat Review Summary No. 1 dated November 11, 2008 is
attached.

1. Place the City case number “" in the lower right-hand corner of the plat.
2. Change “SBC” to “AT&T” and “TXU” to “Oncor Electric” in the abandonment approval blocks. A list of
contacts is attached. The approval signatures must be recived prior to accepting the plat for filing in
the County Plat Records.
3. Add a line on the plat for the instrument number to be recorded for the 10’ Sanitary Sewer Easement:

The easement must be recorded before the plat will be accepted for filing. Upon recording the
easement, provide the County Clerk Instrument number for the easement.
4. The following changes are needed with regard to the legal description:
a.In the third call after the beginning call, the direction is North 00 degrees 58 minutes 07

seconds in the owner’s dedication, but it is labeled in the line table.
b.In the fourth call after the beginning call, the direction is South 01 degree 00 minutes 03
