This isthe concept plan approved in 2008 from the zoning case that separated
the development into three lots.

Theproposed changes include and expansion of approximately 18,000 square
feet to the east side of the existing hospital, bringing the total square footage to
just over 55,644 square feet. 22 parking spaces will be removed for the
expansion. 30 parking spaces are proposed to be added under the future
medical office building in Phase II.

to be constructed under the phase II medical office building (shown here) when it
is constructed. 63 spaces of the Phase II parking will be constructed before the
hospital expansion, which will more than offset the 22 spaces that are being
removed.
