1,600 additional seats are proposed on the home side of the stadium, bringing
the total seating to 10,700 seats. A total of 4,350 additional square feet of floor
area is proposed, consisting of 1,900 square feet of additional concession
space, 750 square feet of restroom space, and 1,700 square feet for the DRC.

The parking ratio for the existing 9,100 seats would be approximately 4.65:1,
based on the parking as it is currently configured. The approved site plan called
for 2,541 spaces, but that number was never provided. The approved S-P-1
regulations specify a ratio of 3.66:1 onsite and a ratio of 3.12:1 overall.

Since first reading, the S-P-1 regulations have been revised to provide a five-
foot sidewalk on the west side of Silicon Drive. A waiver of the required five-foot
sidewalk on the east side of Silicon Drive is requested.

These are the S-P-1 parking regulations, which I covered in the Game Parking
Summary a few slides ago.

The applicant is proposing in the S-P-1 regulations to construct a 5’ sidewalk
along the west side of Silicon Drive only, whereas the zoning ordinance requires
sidewalks on both sides of all public streets with site plan approval.

There are two variances requested. These landscape requirements already exist
in the approved S-P-1 regulations, but S-P-1 zoning can only modify regulations
in the Zoning Ordinance, not in the Landscape Ordinance. This is an
administrative change only.
