Maximum of 90 beds/private residences.
The facility will house the following amenities:

Development Regulations
No internal lot boundaries;
All phases of development shall be similar in design and construction;
Side yard setback shall be 15 feet;
Minimum separate building size = 2,000 square feet;
Roof heights, parapets and towers not to exceed approved elevations;
Freestanding monument tower not to exceed 50 feet;
Parking requirements shall be based on use and as indicated in the S-P-1 zoning letter;
All open space amenities to be installed prior to Certificate of Occupancy issuance.
