Bond Specifics Uses of the bond are limited to providing Health Facilities as authorized under Chapter 221 of the Texas Health and Safety Code & Cultural Facilities for the purposes stated under the Texas Cultural Education Facilities Finance Corporation Act, Vernon’s Tax. Rev. Stat. Ann. Assistance includes the administration of various medical or personal care services provided by a trained staff. An Assisted Living Facility is not a nursing home or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and its residents do not need the 24-hour medical care provided by those types of facilities. Assisted living is a philosophy of care and services promoting independence and dignity. Assisted Living Facility General Information Assisted Living Facility Specifics Our planned facility will staff approximately 12 – 15 employees. There will be a maximum of ninety (90) beds. All will be private rooms. The gross square footage of the facility is 62,373 SF. This project will be finished out with the highest quality of interiors along with a plethora of amenities that will provide for an unparalleled level of fine living. Per City of Southlake Parking Ordinance, the ALF is parked at 1 space per maximum bed count. Per City of Southlake Parking Ordinance, the College is parked at 1 space per classroom and 1 space per 3 students.
