The location of the proposed 18,000 square footexpansion is shown here,
where the 22 parking spaces will be removed. 30 parking spaces are proposed
to be constructed under the phase II medical office building when it is
constructed. Some of the Phase II parking will be constructed before the hospital
expansion, which will more than offset the 22 spaces that are being removed.

The permitteduses are unchanged from the previously approved S-P-2 zoning.
