proposal by Paul Spain for approval of a Plat Revision for Lots 9R, 10 and 11 of
the A.H. Chivers No. 299 Addition located at 1030 & 1080 Primrose Lane under
Planning Case ZA09-056.

This is the plat submitted by the applicant.

This is an enlarged view of the area being platted. The purpose of this plat is to
convey approximately 2.71 feet to Lot 9 from the currently un-platted Lots 10
and 11 which would become platted along with this plat revision.
