Chivers No. 299 Addition located at 1030 & 1080 Primrose Lane under Planning Case ZA09-056. 1 The Current Land Use Designation is Medium Density Residential. 2 The current Zoning is SF-20A. 3 The Following is an aerial showing the boundary of the proposed Plat Revision. 4 This is the plat submitted by the applicant. 5 This is an enlarged view of the area being platted. The purpose of this plat is to convey approximately 2.71 feet to Lot 9 from the currently un-platted Lots 10 and 11 which would become platted along with this plat revision. 6 7 This concludes staff’s presentation, the applicant is present to answer any questions the Commission may have, and as am I. 8
