The vision, goals, and objectives is a critical section of the comprehensive plan because it provides the guiding principles and framework for the development of all nine (9) 2030 Plan Elements: (1) Land Use Plan, (2), Economic Development & Tourism Plan, (3) Mobility Plan, & (4) Community Facility Plan, (5) Wayfinding Signage, (6) Sustainability, (7) Water, Sewer & Drainage (8) Parks, Recreation and Opens Space, and (9) Youth.As each element is developed, the recommendations of these plan elements will be evaluated against the vision, goals and objectives to ensure consistency. FOCUS AREAS such as quality development, infrastructure, and mobility. The plan will be strategically aligned with the City of Southlake Strategy Map and the recommendations made in this plan will tie directly back to this strategy map.
