Carroll I. S. D. proposes to construct a new middle school at the intersection of Kirkwood Boulevard and Blessed Way
The school district will construct approximately:
2,800 LF of on-site public water line
1,325 LF of on-site public sanitary sewer line
730 LF of off-site public sanitary sewer line
Public drainage improvements

A Commercial Developer’s Agreement between the school district and the city is proposed to cover the proposed construction project.
CISD is precluded from agreeing to the city’s standard commercial developer’s agreement. Requested revisions to the standard agreement include:
board resolution in lieu of the normally required surety bonds,

CISD will assign maintenance bonding responsibility to their general contractor,
Impact Fee Exemption (Optional per state law),
CISD will pay the required Park Dedication Fee of $59,844
