Item 9AItem 9A Consider a Commercial Developer Agreement for construction of a middle school on Kirkwood Boulevard at Blessed Way with Carroll Independent School District 3 Location Map Project Location 4 Carroll Independent School District New Middle School Carroll I. S. D. proposes to construct a new middle school at the intersection of Kirkwood Boulevard and Blessed Way The school district will construct approximately: 2,800 LF of on-site public water line 1,325 LF of on-site public sanitary sewer line 730 LF of off-site public sanitary sewer line Public drainage improvements 5 Carroll Independent School District New Middle School A Commercial Developer’s Agreement between the school district and the city is proposed to cover the proposed construction project. CISD is precluded from agreeing to the city’s standard commercial developer’s agreement. Requested revisions to the standard agreement include: board resolution in lieu of the normally required surety bonds, 6 Carroll Independent School District New Middle School CISD is precluded from agreeing to the City’s standard commercial developer’s agreement.
