ADDITIONAL DETAILS
Event is expected to draw approximately 2,000 visitors. The church can
facilitate over 2,500.
Additional lighting will be added in the festival areas for safety.
The parking lot has 668 spaces available + 20 handicapped spots.
A Temporary Food Establishment Permit from the Tarrant County Health
Department will be obtained and posted.
A first-aid tent and staff nurse will be available on site during event.
Janitorial staff will collect and dispose of all refuse immediately following the event.
Any electrical needs will be connected by a licensed electrician and inspected by the city.
November 5, 2009; Approved (7-0) granting a three (3) year approval for the Specific Use Permit as long as the gathering does not exceed the outline as presented by the applicant nor
exceed the scope of the area for the event as presented; and, subject to the Staff Report dated October 30, 2009.
