Item 6B (2)The current zoning is S-P-1, the purpose of this request is to modify the existing
zoning to add a third floor and additional floor area to building #1, by finishing
out previously designated attic space and area within the southern tower as
shown on the elevation. This will add approximately 1,667 sq ft of floor area. The
addition will also add dormers to the roof line facing Southlake Blvd.
