Promote quality development that is consistent with the Urban Design Plan, well-designed and maintained, attractive, pedestrian-friendly, safe, contributes to an overall sense of place
and meets the needs of a vibrant and diverse community.

Objective 1.2: Create and preserve attractive pedestrian-friendly streets and pathways that limit the impact of the automobile to encourage transportation alternatives to the automobile.
