The pergola structure is being proposed to be approximately twelve (12’) feet in length and width and approximately eight (8’) feet ten (10”) inches in height. Kimball Avenue LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lot 1R, Block A, St Laurence Episcopal Church Addition LAND USE CATEGORY: Public / Semi-Public CURRENT ZONING: “ CS” – Community Service Zoning District HISTORY: St. Laurence Episcopal Church was originally approved under planning case ZA97-109, . a concept plan and zone change in September of 1997 In that same year the property was platted to create what is now the 5.57 acre lot ZA97-110 under planning case . SOUTHLAKE 2025 PLAN: Environmental Resource Protection Plan Under the Southlake 2025 Environmental Resource Protection Plan, this lot is indicated to have existing tree cover, some of which is recommended to be preserved where it may be appropriate as shown on the illustration. Due to the limited scope of this request however, staff does not believe there will be any significant impact on the existing tree cover on site and according to the proposed location of the structure it should have no effect on any of the existing trees. P&Z ACTION: October 8, 2009; Approved (7-0) subject to staff report dated October 2, 2009. STAFF COMMENTS: There is no review summary associated with this request. Staff does note that the accessory structure being proposed is to be constructed to all applicable codes and regulations that the City requires.
