This is the plat revision for Lot 6R. The purpose of the plat revision is to
abandon five feet (5’) of the existing ten foot (10’) utility easement along the
south property line (shown here shaded in red). A swimming pool that was
recently added was erroneously placed in the utility easement. Water and
sewer for the property exist at the front of the lot along Northwood Trail and
the applicant has obtained permission from all franchise utilities to abandon
five feet (5’) of the existing easement.
