Item 3B2Item 3B2 Introduction of Cynthia Pfledderer Southlake Public Library Youth Services Librarian Kerry McGeath Cynthia Pfledderer The City of Southlake would like to welcome Cynthia Pfledderer as the new Youth Services Librarian for the Southlake Public Library. Cynthia graduated from the University of Alabama in Huntsville in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and worked in the public sector as an environmental scientist for 11 years. In 2005, Cynthia graduated from Texas Woman’s University with a Master of Library Science degree. She has devoted many hours to volunteer service to public libraries and has extensive experience in customer service and management. Originally hailing from a small rural town in West Virginia, Cynthia has been a Texas resident for 12 years and lives in Bedford with her husband and 3 children.
