Southlake Boulevard. June 7, 2005 – A conditional sign permit was approved by City Council allowing 3 signs on the south façade of the building located at 900 E. Southlake Boulevard. January 6, 2009 – A conditional sign permit was approved by City Council allowing 3 signs on the south façade of the building located at 910 E. Southlake Boulevard. The stipulations were that the signs look identical in terms of color and font to the signs of the adjacent building at 900 E. Southlake Boulevard. May 11, 2009 – A sign permit was issued for a monument sign at 910 E. Southlake Boulevard. The plan submitted did not include the berm. Upon inspection of the sign after installation, it was determined the sign exceeded the maximum permitted height due to the berm. 8 inch letters 24 sq.ft. 10 inch letters 11.25 sq.ft. 10 inch letters 15.35 sq.ft.
