Todd Parrish called the meeting to order at 15 6:31 p.m. 16 17 Agenda Item No 2 - Oath of Office for new and reappointed Board of Adjustment 18 members: ZBA Secretary Dianna Brawner administered the Oath of Office to Board members 19 Michael Waldman and Michael Mills. 20 21 Agenda Item No. 3 - Approval of the Minutes: Chairman Parrish opened discussion of the 22 minutes of the Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting held on June 25, 2009. 23 24 Motion was made to approve the minutes of the Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting held on 25 June 25, 2009 as presented. 26 27 Motion: Fairchild 28 Second: Smith 29 Ayes: Waldman, Fairchild, Amend, Smith, Forman, Parrish 30 Nays: None 31 Abstain: Mills 32 Vote: 6-0-1 33 34 Motion carried. 35 36 Agenda Item No. 4 - Administrative Comments: Richard Schell, Planner II announced the 37 next scheduled meeting will be held July 30, 2009. 38 39 Agenda Item No 5 - ZBA-577, Variance to maximum lot coverage and side yard setback. 40 ZBA Case # 577 Variances to Ordinance No. 480, Section 9.5e, requiring a maximum lot 41 coverage to not exceed ten percent (10%) of the lot area and Ordinance No. 480, Section 9.5c, 42 requiring a side yard setback of not less than twenty five (25) feet. The applicant is requesting a 43 maximum lot coverage of twenty eight percent (28%) and a side yard setback of nine feet four 44 inches (9'4") to construct an addition to the existing residence. 45 46 The property is located at 3191 Lake Drive, being described as Tract 3E9, John Childress Heirs 47 Survey, Abstract No. 254, Tarrant County, Texas, and being approximately 0.24 acres. The 48 current zoning is "AG" Agricultural District. Applicant: Tyson and Rebecca A.
