Todd Parrish called the meeting to order at 16 6:36 p.m. 17 18 Agenda Item No. 2 - Approval of the Minutes: Chairman Parrish opened discussion of the 19 minutes of the Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting held on July 16, 2009. 20 21 Motion was made to approve the minutes of the Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting held on 22 July 16, 2009 as presented. 23 24 Motion: Smith 25 Second: Fairchild 26 Ayes: Fairchild, Forman, Smith, Waldman, Amend, Mills, Parrish 27 Nays: None 28 Abstain: None 29 Vote: 7-0 30 31 Motion carried. 32 33 Agenda Item No. 3 - Administrative Comments: Richard Schell, Planner II announced the 34 next scheduled meeting for August 13, 2009 will not meet due to no submittals. 35 36 Agenda Item No. 4 - ZBA-567, Special Exception Use Permit For a Family Quarters. 37 Special Exception Use Permit per Ordinance No. 480, Section 44.12(1) for a family quarters. 38 The applicant is requesting to construct a 1,704 square foot family quarters in a separate 39 accessory building. 40 41 The property is located at 2350 Crooked Lane, being described as Lot 10, Meadow Oaks 42 Addition, an addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas and being approximately 43 2.3 acres. The current zoning is "SF-1A" Single Family Residential District. The current zoning is "01" Office District.
