The applicant is requesting a waiver of the one thousand (1,000) square foot maximum floor area requirement to allow a 1,704 square foot family quarters in a separate accessory building. The property is located at 2350 Crooked Lane, being described as Lot 10, Meadow Oaks Addition, an addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas and being approximately 2.3 acres.
