basic site plan information, Director Bob Price will provide City Council information
on the Kirkwood Extension, including funding and timing. Finally the applicant will be
providing a very detailed report on the proposed site layout, traffic circulation,
building materials, lighting, landscaping, screening and buffering of the parking
along Kirkwood and review the recommendations of the TIA.

connecting the sidewalks along the two roadways.

Overview of the site plan –Going from north to south. Practice field to the north can
be used for football/soccer and other field events. The access road was moved
from the west property line to the east property line-eliminate left hand turning
movements with Andrea court. The is now road access around the entire building.

This is an enlarged view of the site. I will point out a few highlights.–Going from

access around the entire building which will allow drop offs –easier access to the
football fields. There are a total of 193 spaces on site. 89 spaces to the north and
104 to the south. The are two tennis court and football field on-site. Both facilities
will have lights –the tennis courts will be accessible by the public after school hours.
A timing switch will installed. Turn off after 10:00 pm. The foot print planning to be
built initially is shaded in gray, The gray area represents 170,000 square feet of
floor area. The applicant has also indicated 30,000 future building area on the plan
(hatched). Site plan would need to be processed. The bus traffic and parent traffic
will be seperated. The applicant has indicated 56 cars can be stacked at on time
with this configuration and will illustrate this in their presentation.

This is an exhibit of the tree plan. There are 310 trees on site. The applicant is
intending to save 232 trees or approximately 79% of the existing canopy.

Of particular concern to the Airport are the following recommendations:
Full disclosure be made to in response to public inquiry and to all potential
purchasers and subsequent purchasers of these properties that the property is
in Noise Zone B;
Design and construction of the buildings achieve a noise reduction level of at least
35 dB, outdoor-to-indoor, in accordance with Ordinance 479; and,
An avigation release be dedicated to the City of Southlake, and an avigation
easement be dedicated to the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport Board, the
City of Dallas, and the City of Fort Worth.
