Contractor submitted a change order for the additional work required by the 2007 final construction plans Change Order No. 1 This work is required by the City of Fort Worth in accordance
with the Wholesale Water Contract between the customer cities and the City of Fort Worth and must be completed to meet the terms of the contract Change order includes the additional
work for the electrical component of the contract Design Engineer, Freese and Nichols, Inc., has acknowledged their oversight and will contribute $11,600.00 to the change order cost
