The new addition is proposed to match the existing exterior. VARIANCES Building Articulation: The new addition exceeds the maximum wall length for horizontal and vertical off-sets on the north, south and east facades. Max Wall Length Permitted – 24 ft. 64 ft. Proposed VARIANCES Perimeter Bufferyards: The proposed addition will increase the floor area by 30% (31% increase) A 5’ Type ‘A” is required along the north boundary and a 10’ Type ‘E’ is required along the east boundary.
