Item 6C Department of Planning & Development Services S T A F F R E P O R T July 29, 2009 CASE NO: ZA09-034 PROJECT: Site Plan Revising the Storefront Elevation for 252 Grand Avenue, Southlake Town Square Grand Avenue District, being a portion of Building GA-2 REQUEST: Inland Southwest Management is requesting approval of a site plan revising the existing storefront elevations for 252 Grand Avenue in the Grand Avenue District of Southlake Town Square. Generally, the revision proposes to remove the arch features, re-center the entry and add textured and complimentary colored tile to a portion of the facade. The proposal is described in the letter from Inland Southwest Management included in Attachment ‘C’ Page 4 of this report. ACTION NEEDED: 1)Conduct a public hearing before the Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council. 2)Planning and Zoning Commission is to provide a recommendation to the City Council regarding the proposed site plan revision. 3) City Council to consider approval of the proposed site plan revision.
