PROJECT: Sign Variance for Nail Palace
REQUEST:
Turner Sign Systems, on behalf of Nail Palace, is requesting a variance to the Sign
Ordinance No. 704-C requirements for maximum sign area of an attached sign. The
subject lease space is located at 2125 West Southlake Boulevard, Suite 335, in the
Southlake Marketplace shopping center. The applicant is requesting a sign area of
36.2 square feet and the permitted maximum sign area for this space is 25.2 square
feet. The proposed sign will be mounted on a raceway. The letters will be black
during the day and white when the sign is illuminated at night.
The variance request is as follows:
