P&Z COMMISSION: March 5, 2009; Approved (4-0) as presented and Plat Review Summary No. 2 dated February 27, 2009. STAFF COMMENTS: Attached is Plat Review Summary No. 3, dated April 1, 2009. Staff has completed the review of this plat. The plat is ready for official filing at Tarrant County upon City Council’s approval and the attainment of all required signatures.
