The purpose of the plat revision is to: 1)Abandon the five (5) foot utility easement along the southerly west property line. 2) Add fifteen (15) foot and twenty by twenty (20 x 20) foot electric easements along the northern portion of the southerly west property line. 3) Correct the size of the drainage easement along the south property line. 4) Correct the size of the utility easement along the east property line to fifteen (15) feet.
