The subject property is located at 1445 East Southlake Boulevard. The maximum allowed letter height for tenants over 301 feet from the R.O.W. of Southlake Boulevard is 42 inches. The applicant is requesting a maximum letter height of 54 inches for the letters “r”, “a”, and “c” and a maximum letter height of 93 inches for the letter “k”.
