PROJECT:Sign Variance for Nordstrom Rack
REQUEST:
Cencor Realty Services, on behalf of Nordstrom Rack, is requesting an amendment to
the Shops of Southlake Conditional Sign Permit regulations for maximum letter height
for an attached sign. The subject property is located at 1445 East Southlake
Boulevard. The maximum allowed letter height for tenants over 301 feet from the
R.O.W. of Southlake Boulevard is 42 inches. The applicant is requesting a maximum
letter height of 54 inches for the letters “r”, “a”, and “c” and a maximum letter height of
93 inches for the letter “k”.
The specific variance request is as follows:
