purpose of allowing reasonable access to, through, across am over the property known
and descr ibed as follows, to-wit:

The purpose of this easement is to provide fB:iestrian am vehicular ingress and
egress from the the nearest current public road, Continental Blvd. to what is known
as the S-6 Metering Manhole site. See Addendum to Easement to additional
comi tions .

ADDENDUM TO TEMPORARY ACCESS EASEMENT
This Addendum to Temporary Access Easement (this "Addendum")
is attached to a Temporary Access Easement ("Easement Document")
executed by Bear Creek Communities, Inc. ("Grantor") dated
-.Ju..'l\~ , k' 1990, conveying an easement ("Easement") to the Trinity
River uthority of Texas and the City of Southlake (together,
"Grantee") . If the terms of the Easement Document conflict with
the terms of this Addendum, then the terms of this Addendum shall
control.
1. Relocation of Easement. The Easement is being granted
by Grantor for the purpose of providing Grantee with pedestrian and
vehicular ingress and egress from the nearest current public road,
Continental Boulevard, to what is known as the S-6 Metering Manhole
site, which is located in the proximity of the intersection of the
Easement, as identified on Exhibit B to the Easement Document and
Big Bear Creek. Grantee shall abandon the Easement when Grantor,
its successors and assigns, provides another means of access to the
S-6 Metering Manhole site reasonably acceptable to Grantee. At the
time that a document evidencing such substituted easement is
recorded in the Real Property Records of Tarrant County, Texas,
Grantee shall abandon the Easement.
2. Use. Grantee shall not construct or maintain any
permanent structures within the Easement, nor shall it, without the
prior written approval of Grantor, its successors and assigns,
damage or remove any trees within the Easement.
3. Re~air of Surface. Grantee shall repair any damage to
the surface and any improvements thereon occasioned by the use of
the Easement.
4. Grantor's Use. Grantor, its successors and assigns,
~ereby reserves the right to make all use of the Easement area that
1S not inconsistent with Grantee's use thereof, including
specifically, but without limitation, constructing and maintaining
improvements such as a golf course, trail systems, roads, walkways,
lakes, or ponds located over or along the Easement.
5. Termination. In addition to the termination provisions
contained in paragraph 1 hereof, the Easement shall terminate if
the sanitary sewer line easement to which the Easement is intended
to provide access terminates.
