Cross Timbers Hills (Lot 4, Block 3) - ROW CITY OF SOUTHLAKE RIGHT-OF-WAY DEDICATION STATE OF TEXAS COUNTY OF TARRANT WHEREAS, David Steele is the sole owner of Lot 4, Blk 3, Cross Timbers Hills, Phase Van addition to the City of Southlake, County of Tarrant, Texas according to the plat recorded in Volume 388-177, page 99, Plat Records, County of Tarrant, Texas and according to the deed recorded in Volume 10057, Page 758, Deed Records, County of Tarrant, Texas.
