TO HA VE AND TO HOLD said right-of-way and easement unto the City of Southlake, its successors and assigns, and Dedicator hereby binds itself, its successors and assigns to warrant and forever defend, all and singular, said premises unto the City of Southlake, its successors and assigns, against every person whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof.
