Comments/ Explanation 1.At the 6/2/2026 City Council meeting, revised plans were
voted on with no staff reviews. P&Z members should view this
meeting and note upset citizens.
2. Major changes including: underground retention and
drainage, an HOA requirement for 6 homeowners (#1  not
using!), a 2'elevation change on #3 lot will not address privacy
issues, and set back revisions, etc.
3. Those in opposition, were not aware of the new plans. Traffic
flow on Breeze Way, drainage to Continental and Big Bear
Creek, safety and Old Union mobility issues, were mostly
ignored.
4. Note: Western neighbors did not approve Plan #2.
5. "The Runway" and the plan to add 5 more homes on the
East side of Breeze Way— I oppose both.
6. Citizens are not aware of 11 new homes being approved on
Breeze Way. P&Z should communicate to all citizens.A
deceitful/sneaky procedure for these developments.
7. Strongly opposed to both developments and this P&Z
process and citizen communications.
