Old Union Elementary School property for single-family residential development, on property
located at 1050 S. Carroll Avenue, generally located along the east side of Breeze Way, south
of S. Carroll Avenue and north of E. Continental Boulevard, within SPIN Neighborhood #8.
Applicant: Curtis Young, Sage Group, Inc. Property Owner: Carroll ISD.
