WORK SESSION:
1. CALL TO ORDER: 6:00 P.M.
2. Executive Session: Pursuant to the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code,
Sections 551.071. Refer to posted list attached hereto and incorporate herein. Executive Session
may be held, under these exceptions, at the end of the Regular Session or at any time during
the meeting that a need arises for the Planning and Zoning Commission to seek advice from
the City Attorney as to the posted subject matter of this Planning and Zoning Commission
meeting. Section 551.071: Consultation with attorney.
No Executive Session was held.

Deputy Director Jennifer Crosby made note that there would be a Corridor meeting on Monday
September 21, 2026.

Chairman Kubiak provided an overview of the meeting process.

Chairman Kubiak opened the public hearing. Seeing no one, Chairman Kubiak closed the

September 11th, 2026, and subject to the Site Plan Review Summary No. 2, dated September
11th, 2026.

Planner Cyndi Cheng provided a formal presentation of Item 7. No questions were asked.

public hearing.

asked.

were asked.
Chairman Kubiak opened the public hearing. Seeing no one, Chairman Kubiak closed the
public hearing.
A motion was made to deny Item 8, ZA26-0062 subject to the Staff Report dated September
11th, 2026, and subject to the Site Plan Review Summary No. 1 dated September 11th, 2026,
with the following conditions that the applicant come forward with a design closer to the
existing façade, change the storefronts arches to rectangular glass and match the colors
closer to the existing façade.
