The following request for Zoning & Development review is for the addition of a covered outdoor dining
patio, previously included in the design drawings, at the northeast corner of the building. The Client, Lupe
Tortilla, would like to request Zoning & Development review to add the covered outdoor dining patio back
into the design.
The provided documentation provides updated architectural plans along with proposed renderings which
include the approved building signage that was approved by City Council on March 30, 2026 under Case
No. SV26-0004.
