4. Review, discuss and make recommendations regarding a proposed 5-building office park
development on approximately 3.62 acres on property located at 501 N. Kimball Avenue.
Applicant: Clay Cristy, ClayMoore Engineering. Property Owner: Ourone LLC.
5. Adjournment.
