Item 9B - Plans The Residences at Southlake Master Sign Plan Amendment Request This project is located Southlake Town Square — Garden District at 1530 Meeting St, Southlake, TX 76092 It is the request of the ownership/developer, Kairoi to amend the Master Sign Plan as submitted. The below references the essence of the sign and the benefits for marketing, visual impact, name recognition, wayfinding and addressing for emergency vehicles, deliveries, as well as guests to the community. The signage was purposely designed and placed on the project to have a low light impact on the neighborhood, while still being informative and functional. The uniqueness of the designs and lighting are to best adapt to the "volume" of letters in the name/logo "LOGO CREST-RESIDENCES SOUTHLAKE"where the "RESIDENCES" are 14"tall channel letters internally light illuminated. The crest itself is push-thru acrylic with gold, translucent vinyl. SOUTHLAKE on the cabinet under RESIDENCES has to be push-thru acrylic because the letter- style is not thick enough to do channel letters. These letters will be masked with translucent gold vinyl as well. The desire and purpose of this sign is to get exposure on the north side elevation of the project. There are no obstructions, buildings or other structures between the project and 114 service road and highway. Thank you for your consideration and the opportunity to provide this Amendment to the Master Sign Plan to enhance the Southlake Town Square ambiance and provide appropriate signage for this highly esteemed residence.
