PUD Zoning Tree Conservation Requirements:
The City Council shall approve the Plan or Analysis if the Council finds that the

• maximizes the preservation of existing trees, if any, adjoining a natural or
80.1% - 100% 30% man-made drainage creek;
• maximizes the preservation of existing protected trees along rural roadways
*The minimum percentage of existing tree cover to be preserved shall exclude any area in public rights-of-way as approved by City Council. and other streets as identified and prioritized in the Street Typology
designation; and
• mitigation of altered trees through proposed tree replacement procedures
pursuant to this Ordinance.
