the owners of the remainder of Lot 13-R, Block 2, Continental Park Estates, Volume 388-
121, Page 59, P.R.T.C.T., according to the deed recorded under Instrument Number
D200004451, O.P.R.T.C.T.; the subject tract is more particularly described as follows:
