Hello Cyndi,
Regarding the plat appliction for 1601 N Pearson Lane,ZA26-0034,the owner respectfully requests a waiver of the requirement for
a sidewalk accross the front of the property.There are no sidewalks any where nearby to the property,and several of those properties
are in fact platted platted,so it would seem somewhat unfair to saddle this owner with a requirement that no one else has had to do .
Attached hereto is a picture near the north end of the property that shows no existing sidewalk on this property or the one to the North,
which is a platted lot.Thank you for your assistance. Please let me know if there is anything else you may need.
