RE: Shivers'Farm Building 900—Project Narrative
To whom it may concern,
The proposed development is an approximate 40.2-acre mixed use development located near the
northwest corner of State Highway 114 and North White Chapel Boulevard in Southlake Texas. The
proposed development received zoning approval with City case No. ZA25-0045.
The purpose of the application is to receive Zoning and Elevation approval for the proposed building
900. This building is proposed at the southeast corner of the Shivers Farm development. This project
consists of a one story building and will be constructed in one phase. Allowed uses for the building
have been identified on the Site Plan. All fire lane paving, storm, sewer and water infrastructure are
being approved and built with PWC26-0003 plans.
