placement of a wood fence within a 10-foot wide drainage easement
located at 2628 Park Grove Loop.
Background
Information: The purpose of this item is to seek City Council approval of an
Encroachment and Joint Use Agreement for the installation of a
wrought iron fence and wood fence within a 10-foot wide drainage
easement located at 2628 Park Grove Loop. This agreement will
allow the developer to install a new wood fence across the drainage
easement in two locations along the north side of the property.
The drainage easement was dedicated along the side of the
property for a 42-inch storm pipe and storm inlet that runs from the
rear corner of the lot to the storm pipe within Park Grove Loop.

neighboring properties. A gate will be provided to allow for
maintenance access to the inlet at the rear of the lot
