Comments / Explanation We prefer keeping all variances intact. This helps to keep our
privacy and less noise. This lot is one of the largest in our
neighborhood so there should be enough room without
changing the building variances. We did notice building going
on over there this year in the variance which is also a utility
easement. pool equipment along with metal building north of
the carport.
