The development appears to lack proper planning In mitigate downstream stormai impacts. There
seems to be no effective detention or retention in place, and mrwlf is being distllarged directly into Big Bear
Creek tributaries. This approach conflicts will the vision and intent of the Cilys new Stonnwater Plan and
cannot be considered progress_
