Chair Magdalena Battles called the regular Parks and Recreation Board meeting to order
at 6:00 p.m.

May 11, 2026
The minutes of the May 11, 2026, Parks and Recreation Board meeting were approved
with no changes or corrections.
Consent Agenda items are considered to be routine and are enacted with one motion by
the Board.

Director David Miller gave an update on the Stars and Stripes event on Friday, July 3rd
and the 2026 Trees in 2026 initiative. He was available to answer questions.
