My name is John Avary and my wife, Dawn, moved to 1075 W. Dove Rd., Southlake in February 2008 from West Texas. One of my passions is my car collection of muscle cars. We partnered with Pristine Motorcars so I could have a storage facility for these cars. Pristine Motorcars sells 97% of their cars by Internet sales. All the cars are kept inside and we have no sign for advertisement. There will be no major mechanic work done on these premises and we have adequate parking for customers to come view vehicles. Most of our sales are cars 0-3 years old most still under warranty. These automobiles include Mercedes, Porsche, Lexus, BMW and Audi’s. We have created a great working relationship with Elite Car Wash and The Lube Center on the corner of Davis Blvd. and with this brings more business to Southlake. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
