B. Recommendation for approval of a grazing lease agreement between the City of Southlake
and Dove Estate Partners, Ltd., on approximately 4.5-acres of undeveloped City Park
property located at the southeast corner of Lonesome Dove Road and Foxfire Lane and
referred to as the Coker property, located at 2303 Lonesome Dove Road.

Chair Magdalena Battles called the regular Parks and Recreation Board meeting to order
at 6:00 p.m.

The minutes of the June 8, 2026, Parks and Recreation Board meeting were approved
with no changes or corrections.

Chair Battles presented item 4A to the Park Board for consideration. Director Miller was
available to answer questions.
